Connect to your breath, explore your body, discover
your Self.
It all begins with the breath. We connect with our breath,
and then follow our breath through our body. Matching the
movement and breath, creating a rhythmic flow, feeling our
way through our body. Getting still. Feeling. Feeling so much
we forget to think.
I will lead you through your practice – teaching the
technical aspects of physical alignment, offering modifications
and variations of the poses. And I will continually bring
you back to your breath.
